Welcome to the new or first Las Ventanas HOA website. What you see now is just the beginning of our efforts. Be sure to stop by the documents page for various information documents. Here we will have in the future assembly minutes, financial reports and other items so we as a community of owners know what is going on. We are also in the process of sorting through the changes in the Regimen over the last number of years to create a new updated copy. We have posted the most current version of the general rules and we intend to continue to add more information as it becomes available. We also have a calendar where owners can share events at LV or record when an owner has reserved a palapa at the pool or anything of interest to all our owners.
We have an initial construction request form there as well. There is also a general contact form to email the administration about anything. Of course, you can still use the email office.lv@safeestrategas.com.mx to communicate with the administrator directly.
Of course, you are not limited to one membership to the website. Just let us know and we can add your wife, husband or property manager to the website as well.
